Ruby Bistro Events is a social enterprise that aims to combine the experience of a welcoming venue with a positive impact in the community.
“Eat well, do good!” is the motto of Ruby Bistro Events, a small restaurant created within a social economy project, born from the wish of a warm-hearted young woman to cook with love for the community.
An important part of the profit is redirected back to the community, by offering products and supporting social events and initiatives.
This way, everyone who chooses to support Ruby Bistro Events also contributes to the good of the community. With every meal enjoyed and every choice made, the business can carry this social purpose further.

We are a restaurant in Iași where the food is prepared on the spot, in a space designed to suit an everyday lunch just as well as a private event.
Beyond the restaurant itself, we want what we do to mean something for the people around us.
